SUNY Geneseo: achieved Bachelor's degree in English Literature in 2015 Minored in Secondary Education, Philosophy and Psychology. I have spent a lot of time in classrooms during my time at Geneseo. I was able to work with a homework help/tutoring afterschool program in a nearby town for my practicum in my junior year, and continued until graduation.
Experience
I am currently working in English literature and Composition for 9th and 11th grade. I have provided homework help and tutoring for 6th and 7th grade in Reading, Writing, and Math for 1 year with Citizen Schools, a popular supplementary education program. I have tutored elementary school students for 2-3 years during my time in college at SUNY Geneseo. I have taken several secondary education classes.

I love writing poetry, going to poetry performances, watching sci-fi movies/television shows, reading science fiction and fantasy books. I have provided informal homework help and tutoring to all my brothers and sisters over the years.
